Hello, I’m Lisa Kopaloff, a full-time reseller with over 15 years of experience in the fashion resale industry. What began as selling pieces from my own closet soon evolved into a thriving business built on thrifting, buyouts, and consignment.
Today, I specialize in mid-priced to luxury fashion, offering a highly curated and personal approach. For me, this is more than a business — it’s a passion. I take the time to thoughtfully evaluate each item and provide hands-on, tailored service to every client. Unlike larger consignment platforms, I focus on individual attention and maximizing the value of every piece.

Condition Requirements
- Items must be free of major flaws such as stains, missing parts, rips, or tears
- Items must be clean and free of strong odors (smoke, perfume, mildew, pet hair, etc.).
- Only authentic items will be accepted.
Authenticity Policy
- I take authenticity very seriously.
- All luxury items are verified using trusted third-party authentication services.
- Any costs associated with authentication may be deducted from the sale.

- Upon receiving items, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks for me to inventory and list all of your items.
- Once photographed I will send you a consignment inventory sheet with all of your listed items.
- During this period, I will checking every item carefully so see if there are flaws in any items.
How long is the consignment period?
The initial consignment period is 90 days. Consignment periods can be extended past the 90 days after the initial period has been completed upon the client's request.
How do YOU get paid?
- Payouts are issued on the 10th of the month for any sales completed the month prior.
- Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle depending on the client's preference.
I offer local pickup in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
The commission rates are as follows, YOU earn the percentages below:
- 70% for any item selling $1000+
- 65% for any item selling $500-$999
- 60% for any item selling $250-499
- 50% for any item selling $100-$249
- 45% for any item selling for $99 or less
Luxury Authentication
I proudly work with a curated selection of the world’s most coveted luxury designers.
• Some luxury items may require authentication.
• I recommend submitting the full set (box, dust bag, authenticity cards, receipts, etc.) whenever it is possible.
• If authentication is required, I will handle the process and deduct the cost from the sale!
Important to Know
- The resale market is different from retail. Even items that are new with tags (NWT) may not hold their full retail value.
- Market demand changes quickly, and pricing is based on current resale value, not original purchase price.
- My commission rates are competitive with local resale boutiques and online consignment services.
